SOLUTIONS
Solutions
From fixed mounting and smart tracking to rooftop systems, backed by four flexible business models — we provide one-stop services across the full lifecycle of PV power stations.
Fixed Mounting System
Proven solutions for PV plants of all scales, certified under a complete ISO quality system with TÜV, UL and BV certifications. Sinotech Power Group is a global supplier of megawatt-scale solar mounting systems, trusted by international investors and EPC contractors for its outstanding product quality.

Smart Tracking System
We are committed to advancing the intelligence of solar tracking systems. Our independently developed smart tracking solutions perfectly fit mainstream high-power modules in today's market and improve project power generation efficiency according to site conditions, lowering LCOE.
Rooftop Mounting System
Highly pre-assembled components save significant labour costs for owners while accelerating the construction of large solar power stations. Combined with professional guidance from our delivery engineers, projects are commissioned and connected to the grid ahead of schedule.

Business models
BUSINESS MODELFor different project scenarios we offer four proven financing and cooperation models. In every model the owner ultimately holds full title to the power station and enjoys tax concessions.
BT model
Financing structure: the project owner pays 30% of capital, obtaining financing for 70% from the bank for 10 years. Ownership remains with the owner. After one year of operation, the owner can sell the power station to a third party (or the roof owner) and sign an operation and maintenance contract. The one-year operation record helps the third party accurately estimate the financial return and effectively reduce purchase risk. SINOTECH makes profits from selling the power station and providing O&M services.
✓Advantage:Stable returns over 25 years, with obvious gains after the bank loan is repaid.
−Consideration:The capital structure is not ideal: heavy upfront investment recovered gradually, resulting in high initial funding pressure.
Owner self-built model
Financing structure: the project owner pays 30% of capital, obtaining bank financing for 70% for 10 years with the aid of SINOTECH. Ownership remains with the roof owner. With only 30% of capital investment, the roof owner acquires the power station as an asset — money previously spent on electricity bills is now used to repay the bank loan, effectively capitalizing the expense. When the loan is fully repaid, the mortgage is released and the owner has full title to the plant; the cost of electricity other than O&M is virtually zero. SINOTECH makes profits as EPC and from O&M services.
The generating capacity of the plant is guaranteed, removing risk for the owner, who also enjoys tax concessions.
Energy Contract Management model
Financing structure: the project owner (SINOTECH) pays 30% of capital, with bank financing of 70% for 10 years. The roof owner pays nothing, and ownership of the power plant belongs to SINOTECH. The roof owner pays the electricity bill to SINOTECH at 90% of the energy savings and the unit price — giving up the roof space yet saving considerably on electricity, and earning a green reputation. SINOTECH collects the electricity fees and tax concessions, deducts O&M costs, repays the bank loan, and keeps the difference as free cash flow.
✓Advantage:Stable returns over 25 years, with obvious gains after the bank loan is repaid.
−Consideration:The capital structure is not ideal: heavy upfront investment recovered gradually, resulting in high initial funding pressure.
Leasing model
Financing structure: the project owner pays 30% of capital, with bank financing of 70% for 10 years. The roof owner pays nothing; ownership of the power station belongs to SINOTECH, which leases the plant back to the roof owner for a fixed rent. The roof owner only pays a fixed rent to use the solar power generated by the equipment, saving considerably on electricity and earning a green reputation. SINOTECH uses the fixed rent to repay the bank loan, deducts O&M costs, and keeps the difference as income.
If the roof owner can pay a certain deposit, the funding pressure can be effectively alleviated, and preferential rent may also be considered.
